Exhibit and lectures series – European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture Mies Van Der Rohe Award 2011.
The Mies Van Der Rohe exhibition and accompanying lecture series bring to Chicago the most recognized architectural award in Europe, establishing a strong cultural connection between the architectural discipline in Europe and the US, especially in Chicago. This exhibition and lecture series reinforce the efforts of cultural exchange initiated with the first two editions of the lecture series at the Instituto Cervantes of Chicago in collaboration with Mas Studio.
