From September 22 through November 5th, 2011, Sous Les Etoiles Gallery will present Nudes, a new series of photographs by French artist and fashion photographer Sophie Delaporte.
In her new series Nudes, Sophie Delaporte has overcome the limitations of fashion photography. Her photography always reveals a spirit of vivacity and intuition which translates this new energy into graphic simplicity.
Simple accessories such as paper, fabric and chairs, embellish the model’s poses, creating a dramatic and playful elasticity of movement. Through her choice of colors, her unique way of staging and the joy of her imagery, Delaporte proves again the strength of her specific narrative vision.
Date: Sept 22nd – Nov 5th, 2011
