The 2012 Long Beach Dragon Boat Festival will be held at Marine Stadium in Long Beach on July 28 – July 29, 2012.
A weekend of races in magnificently-decorated canoes/Dragon Boats showcasing pageantry, diversity and sportsmanship from across the globe and as well as an on-shore festival. In addition to hosting one of the largest dragon boat competitions in California, there will be Chinese traditional art demonstrations, Chinese Acrobats, traditional dance, hip hop music and martial arts performances.

Join us for the 29th annual Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride celebration on May 19 & 20, 2012 from 11 am – 10 pm along Shoreline Drive.
Over the past several years, the Long Beach Lesbian and Gay Pride Celebration has become one of the premiere Pride events nationwide now attracting over 80,000 participants over two days.

From July 26th to August 20th, French stand up comedian Mustapha El Atrassi will perform his set, every night from Monday to Saturday, at the world famous LAUGH FACTORY, Hollywood and Long Beach.
