Learn to make an Indian feast with Aradhita!
Learn all of Aradhita’s favorite dishes to make for special occassions. Start off the meal with a spicy chili and cilantro infused lassi. From there learn how to make an Aromatic Pulao rice with peas, carrot and cashews, Cholar Dal roasted yellow lentils with fresh coconut and ginger pieces throughout, Begun Bhaja turmeric infused savory dipped Eggplant lightly fried, and Chicken Kasha roasted onion-garlic-ginger chicken in a curry sauce.
Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get to work as all Culture Kitchen classes are family style hands on cooking and come with an appetite as we will have a full meal in class to enjoy the fruits of labor!

Linh is kicking off Culture Kitchen’s very first class in San Francisco proper!
San Francisco get ready for a slue of stories and spoonfuls of delicious home cooked Vietnamese dishes. Just like most traditional Vietnamese meal, we will start with a fresh Vietnamese vegetable soup; light and flavorful and full of fresh vegetables. Next we will jump into a savory gourd and egg stir fry, served with caramelized fish fillets, steamed rice and for dessert, fried bananas with ice cream. Any pescatarian can eat like a king or queen! Paloma is bringing her all time favorite dish to her first San Francisco class, Chiles en Nogada!
Similar to Chiles Rellenos, but with a sweet twist using pomegranate seeds as a garnish. Paloma makes this for celebrations at home (including her birthday so you know it is good come taste for yourself this version inspired from the cuisine of her Grandmothers homestate of Puebla. Served with vibrant Jamaica water which is infused with Hibiscus flowers, tasty red rice and the Mexican dessert Bianco, you will be sure to leave full and excited to make these dish again at home for friends and family.
