Boys to Men Male Empowerment Seminar on Thursday, September 22, 2011. The purpose of this program is to provide an atmosphere that will foster intellectual exchange by addressing the educational, emotional, life skills and aspirations of African-American males young and old. Additionally, the objective of this seminar is to establish communication and networking among our young African-American males and their older African- American male counter-parts that will foster an environment that is catered to establishing goals and initiatives that will provide a solution to the issues that our young African American men face. The Bank of America Atlanta Football Classic presented by 100 Black Men of Atlanta is one of the nation’s largest Black college football games pitting Florida A&M University against Southern University on the gridiron. The event is also 100 Black Men of Atlanta’s largest fundraiser for its mentoring, academic support and scholarship program, Project Success. But the Classic is far more than just a game between two fine Black colleges. It’s an HBCU and an Atlanta tradition!
