Be a Bystander! Thursday 9:30am May 10, Maimonides students will parade down Partridge St. to mark the “Lag B’omer” Student Festival. Led by the Albany Falcons Marching Drummers and escorted by Albany Mounted Police, the Parade route will pass by the Partridge St. newsman Andy Rooney, Assemblymen Jack MacNeny and Bob Reilly’s boyhood home locations, the Jewish Family Services on Madison Ave, Bnai Brith Parkview Apts, the new Bikur Cholim Hospitality on S. Lake, concluding with a picnic at Washington Park. Be there! Please stop by to cheer on the children in this “Love thy Neighborhood” expression of peace and goodwill.
